Moved here from East Coast and used my designer from the East Coast. She interviewed several contractors for the remodel and decided on Wells Design. I became involved after the Reno started and totally enjoyed working with David. Something that started as a small remodel turned into a total renovation and the patience that he showed thru the process was just unbelievable. I would suggest anyone starting to do any kind of construction or design work to check with him first!! Thanks David!!

Bill & Iris McLoughlin - We would strongly urge anyone contemplating a new build or renovation to consult with David. We discussed our renovation with four contractors. None came close to David in regard to professionalism and patience. Our job was small compared to some of the projects David was involved in, but he treated us as if we were the most important. He handled all aspects of the project from conception to completion with direct hands on involvement. David consulted with us almost daily throughout the project to make sure any questions we had would be answered. When materials were delivered David was usually there to make sure that the quantity and quality were up to his standard. We were impressed with the workmanship and speed of the sub contractors and the fact that David would drop in unannonced to monitor their work. He was definately a detail man and brought things to our attention we would have never considered. As sometimes occurs there are delays due to suppliers not delivering as promised. David was relentless in contacting them to keep the project on schedule. He provided us contacts to get fixtures and flooring at very reasonable prices to complete the look we were trying to achieve. Would I use David Wells Design Contracting in the future? Without a doubt. His ability is exceptional and his integrity is beyond reproach.

We have worked with dozens of contractors over the years, and David Wells is by far the best. Not only a contractor, David is a designer and one with exceptional taste. He took the time with us on things important to us, and he was happy to make selections, subject to our approval, when we simply could not decide. We did an entire condo re-do in a proposed time-frame we initially thought was unrealistically short. But he was on top of his subs, all people we also enjoyed working with. He was right on time every step of the way, was patient, yet thorough, and followed through on everything. Communications skills were exceptional as well. And, his prices were extremely reasonable, obviously because he is so well organized. We can only hope David will be available for our next project.
